What do I need to know before my first deposit at Leon Casino? The slip most first-time players make is treating a bonus as free money and skipping how its conditions affect a withdrawal later.

Bonuses and offers at Leon Casino

How does the Leon Casino bonus work for a new player?

A new player bonus usually adds extra funds to your account after a qualifying deposit. The extra amount is not withdrawable on its own until you meet the conditions tied to it. Those conditions mostly concern how much you must play through and which games count toward it. Work out your real balance first: add the bonus to your deposit and note how much play it takes to clear.

Are Leon Casino free spins really free?

Free spins cost you nothing to use, but the wins they produce often come with conditions. Some spins are tied to a specific game and expire after a set period. Others credit winnings as bonus funds rather than cash. Check which game the spins open and whether the winnings are cash or bonus before you start spinning.

Why was my bonus smaller than the offer I expected?

The size of a bonus usually depends on the deposit amount and the offer you selected. A smaller deposit than the qualifying minimum, or a code entered wrongly, can reduce or cancel the extra funds. Some offers apply only to a first deposit and not to later ones. Compare the amount credited with the offer you meant to claim, then contact support if the two do not match.

Can I withdraw bonus money straight away?

Bonus funds normally stay locked for withdrawal until the playthrough condition is complete. Cash you deposited is handled differently from the bonus part in most cases. Withdrawing early can void the bonus and any winnings gained from it. Keep playing until the requirement is met, then request your withdrawal.

Do the free spins expire if I do not use them?

Spins come with a validity window, and unused ones disappear once it closes. The window is often short, so using them soon after they land is the safer habit. Spins may also be limited to one game, meaning they are useless elsewhere. Open the spins as soon as they appear and use them in the named game.

What happens if I already have an account and claim a new offer?

Welcome offers are built for new players, so an existing account usually cannot claim them again. Regular promotions are a different category and may appear for active players. Claiming an offer you are not eligible for can lead to the bonus being removed. Log in, look at the offers open to your account and claim only those.

Safety and limits at Leon Casino

Is Leon Casino safe to use with my own money?

Safe play starts with the connection you use and the details you share. Play on a private network, use a strong password and keep your login to yourself. An account holder is responsible for anything done through their login. Enable two-factor authentication if it is offered, because it blocks access even when a password leaks.

What does account verification involve?

Verification confirms who you are before larger withdrawals are paid out. It typically means sending proof of identity and proof of address through the account. Names and addresses on those documents must match your registered details. Submit clean, readable copies early, because a mismatch is the most common reason a check drags on.

How do I set a deposit limit on my account?

Deposit limits cap how much you can put in over a chosen period. Set the limit before you deposit rather than after a losing session. Increases usually take effect only after a waiting period, while reductions apply at once. Choose a figure you can lose without strain and set it while you feel calm.

Can I close my account if play stops being fun?

Yes, and taking a break is a normal step rather than a failure. A timeout blocks access for a period you choose, while closure shuts the account for good. Ask support for the option that fits what you need. Decide before your next deposit, when the decision is easier to make.

What should I do if I cannot log in?

First use the password reset, which sends a link to your registered email. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder and confirm you typed the right address. Repeated failed attempts can lock the account for a while. Contact support with your username if the reset still does not work.

Does Leon Casino take a share of my winnings?

Winnings from cash play belong to you once any bonus conditions are cleared. The house edge sits inside the games themselves, not in a deduction from your payout. Bonus funds are the exception, since they carry playthrough rules. Compare your withdrawal amount with your balance after the request is approved.

Deposits and withdrawals

How do I make a first deposit at Leon Casino?

Log in, open the cashier and pick a payment option that suits you. Enter the amount, confirm the offer you want and complete the payment on the provider’s screen. Once the balance updates, the bonus or spins usually follow. Start at https://leoncasino-nz.com, where the cashier and the current offers sit in one account.

Why has my deposit not appeared in my balance?

A deposit can lag when the payment provider is still confirming it. Check whether the money left your payment account before assuming the deposit failed. Do not repeat the payment straight away, because a double deposit is hard to undo. Keep the transaction reference and send it to support if the balance stays unchanged.

Which payment route should I pick for a withdrawal?

Many players withdraw through the same route they used to deposit. That habit makes matching the transaction simpler for both sides. Some routes settle faster than others, and the cashier labels which ones are available to you. Pick one route and keep it for both directions.

Why is my withdrawal on hold?

Withdrawals are often held while identity checks are completed or bonus playthrough is confirmed. A pending bonus can block the whole request until its conditions are met. Check your account status and any open bonus before you resend the request. One clean request with correct documents moves faster than several small ones.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request after sending it?

Cancelling is possible while the request is still pending, and the funds return to your balance. The risk is spending that money again before the withdrawal is processed. Decide once, then leave the request alone. If you cancel, set a new withdrawal only after you are sure of the amount.

Games and play on a phone

Which games count toward clearing a bonus?

Games contribute at different rates, and some contribute nothing at all. Slots usually count in full, while table games and live games often count partly or not at all. Playing a non-counting game does not break the bonus, but it does not help clear it either. Pick a counting game before you start playing through the bonus.

Can I play at Leon Casino on my phone browser?

Yes, the site runs in a phone browser without a separate download. Tap the games you want and they open in the same tab. A stable connection matters more on mobile, because a dropped session can interrupt a game in progress. Keep the browser updated and close other tabs to free memory.

What is RTP and why does it matter to me?

RTP is the share of stakes a game returns to players over a very long run. It is a long-term average, not a promise about your next session. Games with a higher RTP tend to cost less per hour of play. Compare RTP between games before you settle on one.

Do free spins work on my phone?

Spins credited to your account open in the browser on the same game they are tied to. The game must support phone play, and most modern slots do. Check that the spin balance appears in the game window before you start. If the spins do not load, refresh the page and reopen the game.

Why did a game close in the middle of a round?

A refresh or a weak connection can interrupt a round before the result is recorded. Most games resume the round when you reopen them, but not all do. Reopen the game first and let it finish before starting a new round. If the balance looks wrong, note the time and game and contact support.
